Teens

The Teens program is designed for the real world teens face today. No prior experience needed — just the willingness to show up. It goes beyond physical techniques to address the full spectrum of safety — situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, online safety, and the confidence to trust your instincts.

Teens leave this program knowing they can handle themselves — and knowing when not to. That's the real skill.

What to Expect

Classes are 60 minutes. The format is more mature and direct than the kids programs — teens are treated with respect and taught like young adults. The environment is challenging but supportive.

Common Questions

My teen is not interested in martial arts. Will they still benefit?

Many teens come in skeptical and leave as some of our most dedicated students. The program is practical and relevant — it's not about sport, it's about real life. That tends to resonate.

Is this program appropriate for girls?

Absolutely. In fact, the program is especially valuable for teenage girls. We address the specific scenarios and threats that young women face, including how to handle unwanted attention and physical confrontation.

How physical is the training?

It's physically active but not extreme. Students work at their own pace and build up over time. The goal is functional fitness and real skill, not athletic performance.

Can my teen join mid-year?

Yes. We accept new students on a rolling basis. Book a free trial class and our team will assess where your teen fits in.
