Adult Self-Defense

The Adult Self-Defense program is for adults of all fitness levels who want to feel safer and more confident in the real world. No prior experience required. No athletic background needed. Just a willingness to learn.

Will teaches practical techniques that work under stress — not sport martial arts, not choreographed forms. Real self-defense for real situations.

What to Expect

Classes are 60 minutes. The environment is welcoming and non-competitive. Adults of all ages and fitness levels train together. Will adapts the curriculum to each student's needs and goals.

Common Questions

I'm not in great shape. Can I still do this?

Yes. The program meets you where you are. We build fitness alongside skill — you don't need to be fit to start, you'll get fit by training.

I'm a woman training alone. Is this a safe environment?

Absolutely. We have many women training in the adult program. Will creates a respectful, professional environment and addresses the specific scenarios women face.

How is this different from a gym self-defense class?

Most gym self-defense classes teach choreographed responses to scripted attacks. We train for real scenarios under stress, with real resistance. The difference is significant.
