The Warriors program is the heart of Blur MA. Children ages 7–9 learn actual self-defense — kickboxing, wrestling, and catch wrestling — alongside emotional intelligence and peer leadership. No prior experience needed.
This isn't just exercise. It's life preparation. Kids who train here don't just get physically stronger — they get emotionally stronger. They learn to handle conflict, manage pressure, and lead by example.
Classes are 60 minutes. The curriculum is structured but adaptive — Will adjusts based on what each student needs. Advanced students get leadership roles and help teach newer students.
Yes. Safety is built into every drill and every class. We train real techniques, but we train them responsibly. Will has 17+ years of experience keeping kids safe while teaching them real skills.
This is exactly who the program is designed for. Shy kids often thrive here because they find their voice in a supportive environment. Athletic ability is not required — just a willingness to try.
Students earn stripes and belts through demonstrated skill and character. It's not just about technique — attitude, effort, and leadership count too.
Absolutely. Many of our students play soccer, baseball, or other sports. Martial arts complements everything else — it builds focus, body awareness, and mental toughness that transfers to every sport.
